A 100 DAY MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAM



This is a book to recommend the proven 100 day program for success in any marathon. The program is based on Joe Henderson’s book, Marathon Training.



This book is made up of 100 pages (1page for each day). The colours and thickness of type are managed according to the distance being run. White and Helvetica Ultra Light are applied for No Running. Yellow to purple, and Helvetica Light to Heavy are applied for runs of 3 miles to 20 miles. In addition, specific directions are given on the front of each page, and tips are given on the back of each page.



Each page is a different length according to how long you should run on the day. I transfered 1 mile to 1 cm, and applied it to the book. You can tear off each page, and put it in the calender on the wall every day, which can show the whole training program during the 100 days.
